Hello! Let me introduce myself. I'm Sue Read. I have been in real estate for over a decade, since 1995. Prior to that i was not an agent but also on the buying end of purchasing rental properties for our retirement. Back then prices were good, inventory even better. But the real estate service we recieved left something to be desired. We experienced a blown closing, arguing agents, uncooperative tenants in the house, misinformation, unfulfilled obligations, closing mistakes, etc....And that was just one deal! I thought if we were going through this are there other unsuspecting buyers in need of help?

So i got my real estate license and began taking care of buyers...better, i put myself in their shoes...... 

Then eventually, I learned the selling side of real estate, armed with a marketing background and a love for promotion. Having sold a couple of our own properties I can certainly understand the seller's viewpoint and all those special emotions and financial bottom lines, as well as te emotional ties with some properties. 

Being a Realtor, helps me to put all of those client feelings into perspective to help the client through to a successful transaction.
